Michael Craig

Michael Craig, is the partner and CIO of Elite Vine Capital. Mr. Craig is a senior executive with extensive corporate development, finance, and legal experience negotiating, structuring, managing, and executing financings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations. Mr. Craig previously was a partner in Gardere & Wynne, LLP, a large corporate law firm working with companies in a wide range of industries, the co-founder and executive of real estate investment trust for the telecommunications industry, a consultant to an independent energy company, the general counsel of largest professional employer organization in the United States, the Managing Director of Southwest Securities, Inc., a large southwest United States based investment bank responsible for sourcing and executing capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial advisory assignments. Most recently, Mr. Craig serves as the Managing Director of Accela Capital Services, a Texas based investment bank. Mr. Craig is a graduate of the Harvard Law School with a J.D. (cum laude) and a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
