Vine Group International Advisory Council Member Michael L. Killian latest update

We are pleased to provide an update to the announcement that Michael L. Killian was appointed to the Vine Group's International Advisory Council effective January 10th 2010.

Mr. Killian has more than 35 years of cross-cultural experience in banking, corporate finance, financial derivatives trading, fund management, and entrepreneurial initiatives with start-up, medium size and large organizations globally. He has held various executive leadership posts in locations including Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, Chicago, Dubai and San Diego.

Mr. Killian is currently co-founder and CFO with Wolf Global Air International Holdings (Malta) Ltd. This new Malta based private contractor provides non-scheduled airlift services to austere locations for clients including the US military, NATO member air forces and various international humanitarian relief organizations. Prior to that, he was the Dubai based managing director of Kroll, a corporate intelligence advisory firm. From 2006-2009, Mr. Killian was EVP and treasurer with Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd, a $1B start-up with a mandate to fulfill the Ruler's vision of establishing Dubai as a world class aviation aerospace center for excellence. Highlights included lead roles in a $1.9B acquisition and re-structuring of two U.S. based companies, a $1.3B loan facility with 4 international banks, and the long term financing plan supporting the firm's Nov 2007 announced $25B in new aircraft orders from Boeing and Airbus Industries. He also arranged the signing of the first ever "green jet fuel" MOU with Shell Oil.

In 2005, Mr. Killian was recruited to Hong Kong to pay the lead role in ABN Amro's first ever Chinese government approved joint venture with China Galaxy, China's largest state owned brokerage company. For the prior 4 years, he was SVP with Chicago-based Peregrine Financial Group and created/built their international managed funds business operation.

Mr. Killian was twice elected to the Singapore International Monetary Exchange Board of Directors. He has held various financial regulatory licenses over the years, including financial principal, in the US, Singapore, UK, Japan and Hong Kong. In 2007, Mr. Killian initiated and was a founding member of the UK based Association of Corporate Treasurers-Middle East.

Mr. Killian has held various executive level positions with groups including ING Bank, Baring Securities (Japan) Ltd., (start-up) Chase Manhattan (Singapore) Financial, and Continental Illinois National Bank. His MBA in finance is from the University of Chicago.

He has also held non-executive Board posts with Burj Holdings (Dubai) Ltd, St. Joseph's College (USA), Barrington Youth Ballet C., and is an advisor for the Himalayan Institute.

Mr. Killian has worked on several initiatives and has maintained close professional ties with the Vine Group's founder since 2000. Mr. Killian is working with the Vine Group on business opportunities originating in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region from his Malta base.
